Meet the Team

Linh L. (Creative Director)

Linh is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in user experience, graphic design and advertising. With her passions for travel, culture and social innovation, she enjoys meeting new people and is always on the hunt for cool projects that create a positive impact. Linh studied graphic design at George Brown College and currently works as a freelancer. She also volunteers as a Special Projects co-director and design lead at INKspire where she has worked on many youth-focused projects such as creative writing workshops, hackathons and art events in the GTA region and beyond. Her chosen superpower would be the ability to morph into any animal. Big or small, fast or slow, whether it’s flying up high or diving deep underwater where no human has gone before, it would be an awesome way to see the world from many different perspectives.

Frank O. (Managing Director)

Frank is social entrepreneur, leader, and researcher with a background in medical sciences, healthcare, and nonprofit management. He completed his undergraduate in Biology and obtained a master’s degree in Medical Sciences at McMaster University. Frank enjoys working with and for young people. Throughout his career as a healthcare researcher at McMaster and SickKids, he worked tirelessly with clinicians and scientists to find an effective treatment for obesity in children. His passion in helping youth led him to start INKspire, a youth-led nonprofit that empowers young people through written storytelling. As the Executive Director, he manages a portfolio of programs that aim to improve youth literacy for marginalized youth in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Frank loves the idea of travelling somewhere but without the hassle of travelling. So his chosen superpower would be the ability to teleport at any location at any time.
